Der Hersteller ""Branchline Trains - Laser-Art Structures" bietet mit dem Bausatz des "Rocky Point Lighthouse" einen wunderschönen Bausatz eines typischen Leuchtturms, wie er in Amerika noch heute vielerorts zu sehen ist. Das Modell ist komplett aus Holz (Laser-Cut) gefertigt, enthält zusätzliche Teile aus Resin (Schornsteinem Leuchtturm), klare Kunststoffteile, Dachschindeln aus Papier und weitere Details. Sämtliche Bauteile sind rückseitig mit Klebefolie versehen, so dass für viele Teile keinerlei Kleb notwendig ist. Das Modell wird mit LEDs originalgetreu beleuchtet und erhält ein Diorama.
