Der"Cartwright Machine Shop" stellt eine alte Maschinenfabrik in einer ehemaligen Wassermühle dar. Das limitierte Modell wurde von Fine Scale Miniatures produziert und besteht vorrangig aus Holz- und Weißmetallteilen, wird ergänzt um Holzprofilen, Kunststoffteilen, Draht und Aluminiumteilen für das Dach. Eine umfangreiche Bauanleitung von George Sellios erklärt den Bau des Modells, die Bemalung, Alterung und die Entstehung des Dioramas. Dargestellt wird das Modell in einem stark verwitterten Zustand, geändert wird die Dachbeplankung, welche anstatt Aluminiumteilen eine normale Dachdeckung erhalten wird.
